I've spent two decades turning ambitious companies into world-class innovators and leading global brands through distinctive strategy, design and technology. From Audi to Chipotle, Nissan to IBM, I've architected transformative programs for brands that move culture.
Currently Global Chief Strategy & AI Officer at BOND, I lead brand and AI transformation across the US, Europe and Middle East. Previously built and led creative technology teams for 10+ years at Havas, TBWA.
Futuriant is the synthesis of everything I've learned: that the best technology amplifies human capability and creativity rather than replacing it, and that lasting transformation starts with people and culture, not tools.
Why We Started
The AI wave is real and powerful. But something's wrong with how it's being deployed.
We see creative organizations, agencies, studios, innovation teams, being sold AI tools that promise to "10x productivity" but actually just 10x anxiety. Replace the copywriter. Replace the designer. Replace the strategist.
That's not intelligence. That's replacement theater that ends in mass layoffs, and then in mass hirings again as an organization without humans typically doesn't work, as we've seen with many high profile companies now.
We in contrast believe that AI should be an exoskeleton for creative intelligence; helping out with the mundane, and amplifying the magic; augmenting what humans do well, not substituting for it.
Futuriant was founded to build AI infrastructure that embodies this philosophy. Not shallow wrappers. Not wholesale replacement. Real robust platforms that run deep, integrate to the roots of the organization, make information flow seamlessly among people and machines, and make creative professionals more powerful.
